2011年12月，在布兰妮完成蛇蠍美人巡迴演唱會后，就有传闻称布兰妮将在拉斯维加斯进行驻唱，而2013年9月17日，布兰妮在接受《早安美国》的采访时证实了这一消息。[2] 《哈芬登郵報》报道称在2013年9月25日，73,600张门票的70,242张已被抢售一空。[3] Planet Hollywood亦称若驻唱成功则驻唱表演会增多。[4]
