芬兰哲学家

海莫能（芬蘭語：Pekka Himanen，1973年10月19日—），芬兰语音译为佩卡·希马宁，是芬兰哲学家。

在《駭客倫理與資訊時代精神》中，海莫能试图釐清資訊時代的核心，即後工业主義典範，拓展曼努埃尔·卡斯特尔的資訊時代理論。[來源請求]作为工业资本主义新教倫理在資訊時代的替代品，他提出駭客倫理，一種網路社群主義。資訊時代的社会结构是種网络。此種網路在当代商业表现為廠商的动态外包，甚至与竞争对手的合作。根据需要和机会，网络的“结”受到刺激而活化。
