《墙外》[2]（英語：Off the Wall）是美國歌手麥可·傑克森的第5張錄音室專輯，於1979年8月10日由史詩唱片發行。此為麥可加盟新力唱片後的首張個人專輯，亦是他成年後的第一張個人專輯。專輯由昆西·瓊斯擔任製作人，從1978年12月4日開始，於加州洛杉磯的「Allen Zentz Recording」、「Westlake Recording Studios」和「Cherokee Studios」三間錄音室錄製，直至1979年6月3日結束。

The Jackson 5的主唱麥可·傑克森自1979年首次與超級製作人昆西·瓊斯合作專輯《牆外》之後，開創了其演藝事業的高峰。專輯一發行即大受歡迎。

單曲「Rock With You」和「Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough」及其錄影帶屢登冠軍單曲寶座；另一首抒情歌曲「She's Out Of My Life」也在1980年殺進排行榜前十名。

《牆外》發行一年內全球銷量超過1000萬張，在美國專輯榜中更停留了84周之久，成為麥可音樂生涯中的重要轉折。

麥可傑克森以寬廣而富磁性的嗓音，融合搖滾、節奏藍調、靈魂樂，使得專輯的架構堅實有力，獲得滾石雜誌五顆星滿分高評價。
