Hello, I'd like run the interwiki bot ArthurBot therefore I'm requesting a flag for it.

• 狀態：   撤銷許可
• Operator: cs:User:Mercy
• Function: adding/modifying interwiki and Link_FA templates
• Operation: runs in autonomous continuous mode
• Software: pywikipediabot framework, svn updated several times a week to the latest version
• Already has bot flag on: en, de, fr, it, cs, nl, sv, fi, no, sk, pl... see the updated list (currently 34 Wikipedias + 1 Wikiversity)
