上呼吸道阻力症候群（英語：upper airway resistance syndrome、UARS）是一種常見的睡眠障礙。UARS的特徵是睡眠受到上呼吸道逐漸變窄的影響。UARS的症狀、診斷、治療方法等面向都與阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症極為類似。[1][2][3]
