既視感

既視感(已見過感、似曾見過。也譯為幻覺記憶,原自法語「Déjà vu 發音 帮助·信息」或「paramnésie」,譯名“既視感”直接借自和製漢語「きしかん」),指人在清醒的状态下第一次见到某场景,却感覺之前也曾經經歷過[1],是一種常見於大多數人的生理現象。
有人把這種現象當作靈魂漫游或前世記憶的證明。腦科学界普遍認為這是因為記憶的存儲出現了短暫的混亂,導致大腦把剛得到的信息当成了久遠的回憶。所以這種情況多半是在人們感到疲倦、壓力,或是被不熟悉事物環繞的情況下出現,因為此時大腦無法一一處理接收來的資訊量。相較於老年人,年輕族群比較容易出現「既視感」;一來是年輕人的行程比較飄忽不定,周遭常出現陌生的東西,二來則是年輕人的生活較為忙碌,大腦常常會「打結」[2]。
