土耳其共和国中央银行（土耳其語：Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası, TCMB）是土耳其的中央银行。其职责包括执行货币和汇率政策，管理土耳其的外匯储备，印制和发行纸币，建立、维护和管理土耳其国内的支付系统。土耳其法律规定，土耳其央行的任务是维持土耳其的价格和金融稳定，并有权自行决定任何政策工具[2][3]。
