威廉·博廷·赫姆斯利（英語：William Botting Hemsley，1843年12月29日—1924年10月7日）为英国植物学家，1909年维多利亚荣誉勋章获得者。

威廉·博廷·赫姆斯利出生于萨塞克斯郡，曾于邱园工作，之后在印度的植物标本馆任助理，最后其但仍植物标本馆和图书馆的管理员。他发表了大量植物学著作。
