德国哲学家

尼古拉•哈特曼（Nicolai Hartmann，1882年2月—1950年10月），波罗的海德国哲学家。他被看作是批判实在论的代表人物，以及二十世纪最重要的形而上学学者之一。

本体论理论 编辑

在哈特曼的本体论理论中，实在等级如下： 1.无机层次；2.有机层次；3.心理/情绪层次；4.智性/文化层次。在“实在世界的结构”（Der Aufbau der realen Welt）中，哈特曼提出了四条应用于实在等级的法则。

  1. 重现律：较低类别作为较高类别的一个子方面而在较高类别中重现，反之则不然。
  2. 变更率：各种类别要素在更高类别中重现时有所变动(它们根据更高层级的特征被塑造)。
  3. 创生率：较高层级由较低层级的多样性组成，但这是一种后者中不曾具备的创生（novum）。
  4. 不同层级间的相隔律：由于不同层级间不存在连续发展的关系，而是跳跃性的，所以它们可以被明确地相互区分。
