勒奥斯航空建立于2001年6月，是两家旅游公司（Italian Alpitour S.p.A.和德国途易）的合资企业，于2002年3月8日首航[6]。但是在2004年1月时，途易将其持有的全部股份出售给Alpitour[7]。在那之前，勒奥斯是途易航空的一部分，之后就不再属于途易集团。
