布利斯堡
美国军事基地
布利斯堡（Fort Bliss）是位於美國得克薩斯州和新墨西哥州交界的一個軍事基地，面積約1,700平方英里（4,400平方公里），是美國陸軍的第二大軍事基地，僅次於白沙飛彈靶場。據2010年人口普查，布利斯堡有8,591人居住[11]。

布利斯堡是第1裝甲師的所在地，該師在德國部署了40年後於2011年返回美國本土。該師得到第1裝甲師保障旅的支持。該設施也是聯合服務司令部北方聯合特遣部隊 (JTF) 的所在地。JTF North支持聯邦執法機構開展反毒品/打擊跨國有組織犯罪行動；它促進國防部（DOD）在美國北方司令部（USNORTHCOM）責任區的培訓，以瓦解跨國犯罪組織並阻止他們的行動自由，以保護國土並提高國防部單位的戰備狀態。
第32陸軍航空和飛彈防禦司令部（AAMDC）是戰區級陸軍航空和飛彈防禦多組成部分組織，能在全球範圍內執行72小時部署任務。陸軍部隊司令部和聯合部隊地面部隊司令部（ARFOR / JFLCC）組織執行關鍵的戰區空中和飛彈防禦計劃、整合、協調和執行職能。聯合現代化司令部（JMC）計劃、準備和執行聯合作戰評估以及其他概念和能力評估，提供客觀分析和可行建議，以加強多域指揮和控制並為陸軍現代化決策提供信息。根據命令，JMC 進行定向評估以支持陸軍未來司令部的跨職能小組。
