比腕力
（重定向自掰手腕）
比腕力又稱腕力、手臂摔跤、手腕摔跤、阿秋霸、拗手劲、扳手腕，是一項涉及兩名參與者的運動。每個人都將一隻手彎曲放在的桌面上，肘部彎曲並接觸該表面，然後他們握住彼此的手。目標是將對方的手臂壓制在桌面上，將獲勝者的手臂放在輸家的手臂上。
