沃爾庇杯最佳女演員獎（義大利語：Coppa Volpi per la miglior interpretazione femminile）是由威尼斯影展頒發的一座獎項。獎項由影展評審團頒發，以表彰在正式競賽單元電影中有傑出表現的女性演員。它為了紀念影展創辦人米蘇拉塔爵士朱塞佩·沃尔皮而命名[1]。第1屆於1932年舉辦，獲獎者是主演《战地情天》的海倫·海絲，這是獎項唯一一次由大眾投票選出得獎者[2]:247,350, 356, 360-363。影展從1942至1945年因第二次世界大戰而停辦。1968年5月的學生運動展開了一段制度上的變化，所以從1969至1979年的典禮並沒有授獎[2][3][4]。

獎項的官方名字曾被更改幾次。1934年，凯瑟琳·赫本以出演《小婦人》獲得國家法西斯協會娛樂最佳女主角偉大金獎[5]。隔年，獎項更名為沃爾庇杯最佳女演員獎[4]。獎項從1947年至1949年再度更名為國際最佳女主角獎。最佳女演員獎於1983年重新頒發，而路易斯·德·莉瑪以《小约瑟的故事》成為首位黑人女性獲得此獎[6]。1992年，英格丽·褒曼在死後以《一九五一年的欧洲》追授獲獎，電影曾因她的聲音從瑞典語配成義大利語而被1952年的評審團否決[7][8]。1993年至1995年間，曾設立最佳女配角獎[2]。1996年，《小孤星》的薇朵儿·希维索以四歲的年紀成為最年輕的獲獎者[3][9]。

自創立以來，共有67位女演員獲得過這一獎項。只有其中四位獲獎超過一次，分別是莎莉·麥克琳、伊莎貝·雨蓓、薇拉莉·葛琳諾和凱特·布蘭琪，他們均兩次獲獎。贝蒂·戴维斯於1937年以《艳窟泪痕》和《艳窟啼痕》獲獎，是唯一一位同年以不同角色獲獎的女演員。1988年，獎項由不同電影的不同演員得到，分別是《女人韵事》的雨蓓和《琴韵动我心》麦克雷恩共享。1989年的《她早走了》和1995年的《冷酷祭典》有多位演員獲得該獎。最近一屆的獎項勝出者是因《塔尔》而獲獎的凱特·布蘭琪。
