《甜蜜大逃亡》（英語：The Sweet Escape）是美國創作歌手關·史蒂芬妮的一首歌曲，收錄於她的同名錄音室專輯《甜蜜出關》 。歌曲由關、阿肯與喬治奧·圖因福爾特三人所寫。伴唱的歌手阿肯在與關合作前便已經寫下歌曲的節拍，他根據關在不要懷疑時期的活動而創作。其後關提到「《甜蜜大逃亡》以及其他歌曲使我回想起不要懷疑時的感覺」。《甜蜜大逃亡》是一首關於戀人之間的爭吵的道歉歌曲，歌曲並描述二人愜意的生活的夢境。
