芝加哥七人案

芝加哥七人案（英語：Chicago Seven; United States v. Dellinger(美國訴德林格案)），又譯芝加哥七君子、芝加哥七人幫，[1]原稱芝加哥八人案（英語：Chicago Eight），又稱共謀七人案或共謀八人案（Conspiracy Eight/Conspiracy Seven），是指被控在1968年民主黨全國代表大會（英语：1968 Democratic National Convention）於伊利諾伊州芝加哥市舉辦之際，在抗議活動中，組織反越戰和平抗議的七個人。

七名被告為阿比·霍夫曼、傑利·魯賓（英语：Jerry Rubin）、大衛·德林格（英语：David Dellinger）、湯姆·海登、倫尼·戴維斯（英语：Rennie Davis）、約翰·弗羅因斯（英语：John Froines）及李·維納（英语：Lee Weiner）。而巴比·希爾（英语：Bobby Seale）為第八名被告，但只是意外被捲進該事件。
