黄杆菌科的一属细菌

黄杆菌属学名Flavobacterium)為黄杆菌目黄杆菌科的一好氧或兼性厌氧发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌。直杆状,端圆。广泛分布在土壤和水中,在生肉、乳类和其他食物以及医院环境和人类的临床标本中都有检出。此属的模式种为水生黄杆菌(Flavobacterium aquatile)。
