中文（臺灣）：美國陸軍防空砲兵第七十一團的第二飛彈營官兵七百餘人從德州部署至台灣，由營長格林柏格中校（GREENBERY）率領，於十月八日下午乘美軍運輸艦布瑞肯銳基號（BRICHENRIDGE）自琉球抵達基隆。他們帶來的勝利女神力士飛彈將用以防禦敵機來襲台灣。這艘一萬七千餘噸的運輸艦停靠在基隆港二號碼頭
English: More than 700 officers and men from the Second Missile Battalion of the 71st Regiment of the US Army Air Defense Artillery were deployed from Texas to Taiwan. They were led by the commander of the battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Greenberg (GREENBERY), and boarded the US transport ship Brecken in the afternoon of October 8. The BRICHENRIDGE arrived in Keelung from Ryukyu. The Victory Lux missiles they brought will be used to defend against enemy aircraft from attacking Taiwan. This 17,000-ton transport ship is docked at the second pier of Keelung Port.
