描述摘要	Lady Luddington (d. 2002) is seen laying a foundation stone for the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association's new head quarter. Lady Luddington was the spouse of Sir Donald Luddington (1920 - 2009), Commissioner of ICAC from 1978 to 1980.
