English: User:Rickyrab took this picture of a Pennsylvania Railroad logo on the side of a waiting-room bench at Penn Station in Newark in 2005. Please use in accordance with the terms at the bottom of Rickyrab's user page.

The Keystone with the "P" and interlocked "R"s inside it is a copyrighted and/or trademarked logo, and the photo includes that symbol (as a major element in the bench decoration).

However, copyright protection may be available for logo artwork that contains sufficient authorship. In some circumstances, an artistic logo may also be protected as a trademark."
