I apply this image in terms of fair use: It illustrates the subject and the act in question. It is therefore reasonably used in The death of John Lennon article as it depicts therein described act of crime. Any free image (photo, drawing or any other illustration) depicting that act of crime is not known. It is of much lower resolution than the original. More than one rationale for use under the policy for non-free content is provided, therefore the image does not qualify for deletion. |
