Canis rabie infectus

English: This rabid dog has saliva dripping from the mouth, which is a primary indicator for the presence of this disease. Before 1960 the majority were in domestic animals. In more recent years, more than 90% of all animal cases reported occur in wildlife.
British English: A rabid dog has saliva dripping from its mouth (a symptom of rabies). Prior to 1960 the majority of infections were seen in domestic animals, more recently 90% of animal cases reported occur in wildlife.
