English: Philippine Sea (Jun. 04, 2003) -- Gas Turbine System Technician 3rd Class Clayton Wheeler collects the first of three samples from the diesel fuel marine (DFM). The DFM fuels the two 40,000 HP gas turbine engines for the guided missile frigate USS Ingraham (FFG 61). Samples are collected at the beginning of the refueling to ensure the DFM meets quality control standards.
