SAR超类群

SAR超类群又名HAR生物亚界(Harosa)[2],是一个真核生物分类,包括不等鞭毛生物(Heterokonta,又名Stramenopiles)、囊泡虫(Alveolates)、有孔虫(Rhizaria)[3][4][5][6],SAR一词由这三类生物的英文首字母而来。

它包括大部分属于原来囊泡藻界的生物,但不包括Hacrobia英语Hacrobia

本類群加上旁系群网鞭虫门(Telonemia),就可組成TSAR超类群

定義编辑

SAR生物被定義為“包含了有孔虫類比奇洛藻Bigelowiella natans Moestrup & Sengco 2001)、囊泡虫類四膜虫Tetrahymena thermophila Nanney & McCoy 1976)以及不等鞭毛類伪矮海链藻Thalassiosira pseudonana Cleve 1873)的最小演化支”。因為上述三個物種都是現生物種,依此定義,這會是一個“結點分支”或者冠群[7]
