肉乾
牛肉乾

肉乾是切成条状的經干燥(脱水)處理後的瘦肉,這樣可以防止肉類变质。通常人們在瘦肉完成脱水过程之前加入以防止细菌生长[1][2][3]。肉乾開袋即食,且可以在常溫狀態下儲藏數月[4]
