方針與指引重要變動：重大的方針與指引修訂。過去一個月內，互助客棧方針區共有新提案12項，另有5項提案獲得通過，其中對方針與指引的修訂如下所列：

1. 《破壞方針》：將本年十一月間事實性修改交付公示並獲得通過。（討論記錄）
2. 《足球員關注度指引》：依據社群討論，正式訂立足球員相關條目之關注度指引，優先適用於既有之《人物收錄準則》。（討論記錄）

方針與指引重要變動：重大的方針與指引修訂。過去一個月內，互助客棧方針區共有新提案11項，另有7項提案獲得通過：

1. 《新聞動態指引（重複發生的項目）》：依據社群討論結果，正式訂立週期性新聞事項之新聞動態相關指引，作為管理員更新新聞動態之參考。（討論記錄）

過去一個月（2020年3月21日至2020年4月17日）內，中文維基百科內外之重要人事及政策變動大致如下，個別項目基本依變動或施行時間先後排序：

方針與指引重要變動：重大的方針與指引修訂。過去一個月內，互助客棧方針區共有新提案16項，另有3項提案獲得通過：

1. 《快速刪除方針》：修訂〈條目〉一節，調整A5準則條文內容，允許與其他現有條目內容非常相似的條目符合A5款。（討論記錄）
2. 《避免地域中心》：修訂〈非官方機構及國際活動〉一節，在不牽涉臺灣的情況下，允許在與香港、澳門作非政治性用途對比時使用「中國大陸」一詞。（討論記錄）
3. 《COVID-19條目共識》：依據社群討論結果，正式訂立2019冠状病毒病（COVID-19）相關條目共識指引，避免在相關條目發生編輯戰時遭到管理員全保護處理。（討論記錄）

其他方針與指引雜項修訂，包括未於互助客棧方針區討論而進行之小修改、方針與指引之相應修訂或事實性修訂等。請核查此等修訂，若有需要，可提案至互助客棧方針區復議。

《維基人》復刊啦！

由于原主编无暇等种种原因，《维基人》一度停刊五、六年之久，但我们从未放棄打造自由維基社群刊物的理想。在許多人的努力下，即日起，《维基人》正式复刊，与各位朋友们再相見；最新一期的站内版本已经上线，而PDF版本預定将于今年5月1日釋出。此回，我们不仅致力于在促进读者对于维基的了解中展拓参与维基的群体，更着眼于打造一本对维基人来说可读、可用、可亲的刊物。我们不仅贡献自己的绵薄之力，亦伫候大家的投稿。我们也希望在诸位维基人的才智的浇灌中，《维基人》能夠名書竹帛，垂範百世。
