10亿人起义是一个全球运动，2012年由伊芙·恩斯勒发起，旨在终止对妇女的性侵害及性暴力。根据联合国数据显示，全球有三分之一的女性曾经在一生中遭受性暴力，大约近10亿人。[1][2][3]

年度主题为“正义”（英语：One Billion Rising for Justice），活动于2014年2月举行。
2015年 编辑
年度主题为“革命”（英语：One Billion Rising Revolution），超过200个国家加入活动。在意大利，超过100个城市共襄盛举，而阿富汗则是全国34个省都举办了相关活动。[7]

2014年9月，该活动发布了年度主题为正义的10亿人起义影片“One Billion Rising for Justice（页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）”，由来自全球各地的业余及专业摄影师拍下活动足迹，同时也采访了活动协调者。2015年1月，该影片于美国犹他州帕克城的圣丹斯电影节（英语：Sundance Film Festival）首映。[9]
