世界高层建筑与都市人居学会
世界高层建筑与都市人居学会（英文：Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat，缩写：CTBUH），又译世界高楼协会，是一个关于高层建筑与都市住宅的国际非营利性机构[5]，总部位于美国伊利诺伊州芝加哥，是建筑高度评估领域内的权威之一[6][7][8][9][10]。此组织于1969年成立于理海大学，其总部也一直位于此大学中，直到2003年10月才搬到芝加哥的伊利诺理工学院。[11]

建筑物排名 编辑
CTBUH颁布对全球的建筑物排名，并有一个数据库，其评定高度的方法有三：[12]
- 到建筑物顶部的高度：是CTBUH的主要评估项目，测量从最低点、入口到建筑屋顶部的各种高度，“顶部”也包括尖顶，但不包括天线和旗杆。
- 最高楼层：到最高的居住、使用楼层的高度。
- 最顶部高度：从底部到旗杆、天线和其他设备处的高度。
原先还有到屋顶的高度测量，但在2009年11月撤销。[13]
活动及出版物 编辑
CTBUH 有年会和三到五年一届的全球性会议。每年的CTBUH摩天大楼奖也是有此组织评选、颁发的。[14][15]
除去每月的通讯和每日的数据库更新外，CTBUH还出版一份同行评审的季刊，内容为关于高层建筑业人事、技术和各种专项研究。[16][17][18] 此外，CTBUH也负责出版一系列业内书籍、指南等。[19]
