查德·梅雷迪斯·贺利（英语：Chad Meredith Hurley，1977年1月24日—）是一名美国网站管理员和商人，担任YouTube的顾问和前执行长。他也是MixBit的联合创立人[1]。2006年6月，他在《Business 2.0》的“当前最重要的50人”名单中被评为第28位。2006年10月，他和陈士骏以16.5亿美元将YouTube卖给Google[2]。贺利曾在eBay的PayPal部门工作，他的任务之一是设计最初的PayPal标志[3]，之后与PayPal的同事陈士骏和贾德·卡林姆共同创立了YouTube[4][5]。贺利主要负责YouTube的标签和影片分享方面的工作[6]。
