欧文 (苏格兰)
欧文（英语：Irvine，低地苏格兰语：Irvin,[1]，苏格兰盖尔语：Irbhinn)[2]）是英国苏格兰的一座城镇，位于北艾尔郡，是一座经过规划的新城。据2007年估计，欧文有人口39,527人，是北艾尔最大的城市。
