纽约造船厂（英语：New York Shipbuilding Corporation），是美国的船舶制造公司，成立于1899年，1900年开设最早的船舶生产工厂；其总部设于新泽西州肯顿、特拉华河的东岸。有500艘以上的船舶生产制造经验，客户包括美国海军、美国海岸警备队、商船、其他海事关系企业等。[1]
