喬治·佩雷克（法語：Georges Perec [peʁɛk, pɛʁɛk][1]，1936年3月7日—1982年3月3日）法國小說家、詩人、電影製片人、填字遊戲製作者，1936 年3月7日生於巴黎19區，1982 年3月3日卒於塞納河畔伊夫里（馬恩河谷）。他從19671 年起成為烏利波（Oulipo）的成員，他的作品以形式、文學或數學限制的使用為基礎，這也是他風格的標誌。
他以第一部小說《事物》（Les Choses）一舉成名，這部作品捕捉到了消費社會初期的時代精神。隨後，他又出版了描寫城市孤獨的《沉睡的人》（Un homme qui dort）和《消失》（La Disparition），這兩部作品表現了他對痛苦之缺席的痴迷。《消失》也是佩雷克的第一部烏利皮小說，書中缺少"e"這一字母。之後，他於 1975 年出版了《W ou le Souvenir d'enfance》，該書交替使用了法西斯競技故事的虛構和碎片式的自傳體寫作。《人生拼圖版》（La Vie mode d'emploi）於1978年獲得梅迪西獎，以特定的寫作方法描繪了一棟公寓中不同居民的生活，為佩雷克帶來了讚譽。2012年，小說《禿鷹》（Le Condottière）出版，這部小說的手稿在1966年佩雷克搬家時遺失，直到1992年，即他去世十年後才被找到。
2017年佩雷克進入「七星文庫」。

佩雷克的父親作為士兵參與了第二次世界大戰並陣亡，母親死於猶太人大屠殺，許多他的作品都是通過文字遊戲來探討迷失和身份[2]。
