公民權利和政治權利國際公約第二任擇議定書
《旨在廢除死刑的〈公民權利和政治權利國際公約〉第二任擇議定書》（英語：Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, aiming at the abolition of the death penalty）是《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》的一則附屬協定。該議定書於1989年12月15日創設，1991年7月11日生效。截至2022年4月，第二議定書共有90個締約方。[1]
