大隱靜脈（英語：Great saphenous vein，/səˈfiːnəs/，縮寫GSV）是下肢靜脈，有豐富的靜脈瓣。起自足背靜脈弓，經內踝前方，沿小腿內側、膝關節內後方、大腿內側上行，於恥骨結節外下方3~4cm處，穿隱靜脈裂孔匯入股靜脈。有5大分支，股外側淺靜脈、股內側淺靜脈、腹壁淺靜脈、旋髂淺靜脈和陰部外淺靜脈。
