全球最高印度電影票房收入列表是包括所有印度語言的印度電影在全球的保守估計票房紀錄列表，此乃根據信譽良好消息來源的報導。印度官方並無統計電影在印度本土的票房數字，而發佈數據的印度網站時常被促使去增加國內票房預估的更新頻率[1]。印度電影已自20世紀初開始在全球市場（英語：List of highest-grossing Indian films in overseas markets）放映[2] 。截至2003年，共有超過90個國家已放映過印度電影[3]。在2000-2010年間，票價穩定地上漲、戲院數增加了三倍、電影的發行量也有所增加，導致在票房方面大幅上漲[4]。列表上大多數電影是印地語電影，截至2014年印地語電影佔印度票房淨收入的43％，而泰盧固語和泰米爾語電影佔收入36％，剩餘語言佔21％。[5]
