乔治亚省（英语：Province of Georgia）^[1]，又称乔治亚殖民地，是英属美洲南方殖民地（英语：Southern colonies）之一，此殖民地是大不列颠王国建立的十三殖民地最后一个，后来成为美国一部分。在起初的批地中，该省有一条狭窄的地带延长至太平洋^[2]。

1732年4月21日，殖民地的企业特许状（英语：corporate charter）^[3]由乔治二世向詹姆斯·奥格利索普将军发出，殖民地亦以他命名。1732年6月9日特许状由英国君主枢密院敲定。

奥格利索普将军实行许多殖民主义者都不认同的非常严格的法律，例如禁止酒类饮品^[4]。他不同意奴隶制度（英语：slavery in the colonial United States），并认为小农场（英语：smallholding）系统比大型庄园（英语：plantations in the American South）更适合。然而，批出的土地没有如殖民地主义期望的大。

另一个建立殖民地的原因是作为缓冲国和“屯驻地省”，以保护英国南方殖民地，防止西属佛罗里达的威胁。奥格利索普希望由粗壮的农夫负责守护省份边境，故此殖民特许状禁止奴隶制度（英语：history of slavery in Georgia (U.S. state)）^[1]。奴隶制度的禁令在1751年解除，而殖民地在翌年成为直辖殖民地^[5]。
