特古西加尔巴(西班牙语:Tegucigalpa)是洪都拉斯的首都及第一大城,人口1,259,646(2019年),位于洪都拉斯中部,名为特古西加尔巴的山谷中,海拔975。该名的意思是“银色的山”。

特古西加尔巴在16世纪建立,当时是作为矿的开采中心,洪都拉斯独立之后,该国的首都在特古西加尔巴和科马亚瓜之间变更了四次,直到1880年以后才固定在此。

该市内有纺织制糖雪茄等工业。位于该市的洪都拉斯国立自治大学是最著名的大学,成立于1847年。国立博物馆有许多超古代文明的器物。特古西加尔巴通孔廷国际机场是该主要的出入交通管道。

大多数资料表明特古西加尔巴从纳瓦特尔语派生词的起源和意义。最被广泛接受的版本,表明它来自纳瓦特尔文字Taguz-galpa,意思是“山丘银”,但这种解释是不确定的,因为在占领该地区的时候当地人并不知道矿藏在该地区的存在。

另有消息表明,特古西加尔巴的意思是彩绘石头,因为在“特古西加尔巴史”中解释莱蒂西亚奥约拉来源于另一种语言。
