凹尾塘鱧亞科（學名：Ptereleotrinae）為鰕虎目鰕虎科的其中一個亞科。[1]

本亞科曾經是獨立的凹尾塘鱧科（Ptereleotridae），之後被放進蚓鰕虎科（Microdesmidae）成為其亞科[2]，最後更進一步併入鰕虎科以解決其並系群問題。[1]
