哈維·溫斯坦性侵事件
2017年10月《紐約時報》和《紐約客》報導數十名女性聲稱遭到米拉麥克斯影業和溫斯坦電影公司聯合創辦人、電影製作人哈維·溫斯坦性騷擾、性侵。好萊塢的其他女性也表示與溫斯坦有過類似的經歷，但韋恩斯特否認有非自願性行為。之後不久，溫斯坦被他的公司和美國影藝學院除名，妻子喬治娜·查普曼宣布與其離婚，而其支持過的政壇名人亦表示譴責。[1]

哈維·溫斯坦和弟弟鮑勃·溫斯坦創辦電影製作公司米拉麥可斯影業，並從1979年到2005年掌管該公司[2]。後來在2005年3月，兄弟倆創辦「溫斯坦電影公司」，同年9月離開米拉麥可斯[3][4]。
多年來，好萊塢坊間傳言溫斯坦曾令女星「陪睡」，當時許多娛樂明星有過相關的暗示[5]。
1998年，葛妮絲·派特洛在《大衛·萊特曼秀》稱溫斯坦「會強迫你做一兩件事」[5]。
2005年，寇特妮·洛芙在一次採訪告誡年輕女演員：「如果哈維·溫斯坦請你去四季參加私人派對，別去[6]。」
2010年，《Pajiba》刊發題為《哈維的女孩們》（Harvey's Girls）的文章，暗諷溫斯坦的「陪睡」名聲：「每隔幾年，哈維都會選一位女孩當他的寵物[7]。」
2012年電視連續劇《我為喜劇狂》有角色道：「影藝圈裡面我誰都不怕! 譬如哈維·溫斯坦，他五次想跟我上床，我拒絕了三次![5]。」
在2013年奧斯卡典禮上，主持塞思·麥克法蘭宣布最佳女配角提名時開玩笑稱：「恭喜，你們五位女士再也不用假裝和哈維·溫斯坦有交集了[5]。」2015年，Gawker作家喬丹·薩金特（Jordan Sargent）撰文《告訴我們你知道多少哈維·溫斯坦的公開秘密》（"Tell Us What You Know About Harvey Weinstein's 'Open Secret"）[8]指出：「這位有權有勢的製片人運用他在行業中的權力實行自願性或其他的性滿足，旨在對秘密的交談和烏煙瘴氣的八卦博客評論帖保持神秘感和狹隘感[5]。」
2015年，《紐約時報》報導溫斯坦因被「22歲女性指控不當接觸她」而被警方問話[9]。這位女性是義大利模特安布拉·古鐵雷斯，美國小報把她標榜為機會主義者和敲詐者，把她和義大利前總理西爾維奧·貝盧斯科尼臭名昭著的性交派對聯繫起來[10]。最終，因缺乏證據，曼哈頓地區檢察官小賽勒斯·萬斯沒有提起控告[11]。

2017年10月5日，《紐約時報》記者喬迪·坎托爾和梅根·吐赫率先披露溫斯坦大量不軌行為。報導指控，三十年來，溫斯坦性騷擾米拉麥可斯和溫斯坦電影公司的女製片助理、臨時工和其他雇員，並和她們達成八項補償協議[12][11]。
2017年10月10日，NBC新聞記者羅南·法羅在《紐約客》雜誌繼續指控溫斯坦性侵犯或騷擾13名女性，其中3名遭到強姦[13]。法羅稱，數月前他想在NBC上公開這些消息，但電視台受到壓力，不願出版[14]，對此NBC予以否認[15]。他表示，16名和溫斯坦有聯絡的前任或現任高管和助理聲稱，曾目睹或被告知溫斯坦對女性實施非自願性行為[13]。四名演員轉述了她們的懷疑，稱抵抗了溫斯坦的進犯並向他抱怨後，他便把她們踢出項目，或是說服其他人給他侵犯。法羅的一些消息人士指出，溫斯特曾在媒體上提到過自己捧紅親信很成功[13]。《紐約客》還公開了紐約警方2015年的一份筆錄，當中溫斯特承認吃了安布拉·古鐵雷斯（Ambra Gutierrez）豆腐[13]。

溫斯坦回應 編輯
溫斯坦在回應《紐約時報》文章時表示：「我領悟到以前對同事們做出的行為造成了極大的痛苦，為此我真誠地致歉。」他表示要去休假研究，和治療師「解決眼下的問題」。諮詢律師麗莎·布魯姆（Lisa Bloom）說他是「老恐龍學習新思維」，但她的辯解遭到溫斯坦公司董事會成員的批評後，她於10月7日結束和溫斯坦的工作[68]。溫斯坦律師查爾斯·哈德（Charles Harder）致函《好萊塢報導者》，稱要起訴《紐約時報》[69][70]。然而到了2017年10月15日，哈德便宣布不再為溫斯坦工作[71]。
溫斯坦的發言人聲明：「溫斯坦先生明確否認任何非自願性性行為的指控。溫斯坦先生還證實從未報復任何指控他的女性......溫斯坦先生已經開始諮詢，聽取社群的意見，追求更好的發展道路。溫斯坦先生希望如果他得到轉變，能獲得第二次機會[13]。」
各界反應 編輯
2017年10月8日，溫斯坦電影公司董事會開除了溫斯坦[72]。他的妻子喬治娜·查普曼10月10日宣布和溫斯坦離婚[73]。包括蘋果公司（10月9日）[74]、阿歇特出版公司（10月12日）[75]、亞馬遜公司（10月13日）、凌志和Ovation頻道（10月25日）[76]在內的多家公司宣布結束和溫斯坦公司的合作。10月11日，英國電影和電視藝術學院暫停他的會員資格[77]，其後美國影藝學院在10月14日開除溫斯坦。（第二位被開除者，第一位是因為涉嫌侵害著作權而於2004年的卡爾麥·卡里迪，日後還有兩位也因為涉嫌性侵害而被開除）在聲明中，學院表示此舉「傳達了我們產業對性掠奪行為和辦公室騷擾的故意無視和可恥串通已終結」[78]。法國總統埃馬紐埃爾·馬克龍啟動程序剝奪溫斯坦榮譽軍團勳章[79]。
溫斯坦此前支持過的政治家把他的捐款給了慈善機構，其中有民主黨參議員艾爾·弗蘭肯[80]、派屈克·萊希和馬丁·海因里希[81]。娛樂界和政界知名人士紛紛譴責溫斯坦的行為；希拉蕊·柯林頓與巴拉克和米歇爾·歐巴馬於10月10日譴責溫斯坦被曝光的行為[82]。《衛報》記者薩姆·利文（Sam Levin）和茱莉亞·凱莉·黃（Julia Carrie Wong）聯繫20位和溫斯坦共事過的男演員，最初無一置評。兩人總結道，在許多知名女士譴責溫斯坦的時候，「行業中最引人矚目的男性卻選擇沉默」[83]。
紐約市警察局和倫敦警察廳10月12日表示正審查針對溫斯坦的指控[84]。英國的調查涉及三名女性的性侵犯申訴，事發於上世紀80年代末、1992年、2010年、2011年和2015年的倫敦[79]。如果溫斯坦因迫使露西亞·埃文斯口交在美國遭起訴性侵犯重罪，他可能會面臨長達二十五年的監禁，但法律專家認為這項起訴並不明確[85]。
2017年10月16日，美國製片人協會全國理事會投票一致決定開除溫斯坦[86]。
2017年10月23日，紐約市司法部長埃里克·施奈德曼對溫斯坦電影公司展開民事調查，並針對性騷擾和歧視投訴對其發出記錄傳票[87]。
紐約州立大學水牛城分校開始撤銷溫斯坦的榮譽學位[88]，哈佛大學也取消了2014年頒發的W·E·B·杜波依斯獎[89]。
受事件影響，Twitter和Facebook等社交媒體上出現了「#MeToo」主題標籤，用以指控性騷擾和性侵犯[90][91][92]。該標籤此前一直由社運人士塔拉納·伯克（Tarana Burke）使用[93]，後來女演員艾莉莎·米蘭諾鼓勵女性利用該標籤公開自身經歷，表明厭女行為的普遍本質，這個標籤由此得到普及。眾多名人和普通網民紛紛採用該標籤公布他們的經歷[94][95] 。

事件在美國立刻引發對性騷擾和性侵犯行為的「全國清算」，這被稱為溫斯坦效應。加上同年早些時候的其他性騷擾案件，溫斯坦的報導和之後的「我也是」標籤運動鼓勵個人分享他們的性行為不檢遭遇，在多個行業引發一連串的指控，美國及世界各地的許多掌權的權貴失勢下台[96]。在娛樂界，指控導致演員和導演的流失，最明顯的是演員凱文·史貝西、喜劇演員路易·C·K和電影製片人布萊特·拉特納之後因至少六項指控而取消項目[97]。200多位女性指控制片人詹姆士·托巴克性騷擾。迪士尼首席創意官約翰·拉薩特在承認不當行為後向迪士尼辭職。新聞界方面，指控導致編輯、出版商、高管和主持人失勢。而在其他行業，名廚約翰·貝什和負責財務及公關的其他高管也被免職[97][98]。

「 Me Too」運動通過亞洲，歐洲，拉丁美洲和北美洲的社交媒體傳播到其他國家和語言。[99]
「我也是」運動通過社交媒體傳播到其他國家和語言。針對英國多名政治家的指控引發公眾醜聞，導致三名官員辭職或停職。在加拿大，喜劇節創辦人吉爾伯特·羅松辭職，另有十多人指控魁北克電台主持人埃里克·薩爾瓦爾性行為不當[96]。
美國新聞工作者在全國公共廣播電台的談話中寫道，一連串的指控猶如社會對待性犯罪行為的傾覆點，有別於之前性犯罪行為的公眾辯論中，公眾信賴名人的指控，現在反而相信普通人的指控。溫斯坦效應是2017年1月反對美國總統唐納·川普在《走進好萊塢》的下流錄影的女性大遊行的延續[100]。其他記者相信這種趨勢會持續[98]。
法律追溯 編輯
2020年1月，位於曼哈頓下城的紐約州最高法院開庭審理哈維·溫斯坦的性侵案件。歷經6週庭審、6名女性出庭作證，2月24日判決結果出爐，哈維溫斯坦三級強姦、一級不法性行為罪名成立，另3項罪名不成立，包括一級強姦與最重可判無期徒刑的掠奪性性侵（predatory sexual assault）。全案仍可上訴。 除此之外，哈維·溫斯坦仍需面對其他訴訟，包含洛杉磯檢方以性犯罪罪名起訴，指控他2013年2月強暴、性侵兩名女子。 [101]
