智慧財產權糾紛 編輯

2019年12月，紐約大學心臟病專家Joseph Wiesel起訴蘋果公司，指控Apple Watch侵犯了他的檢測心房顫動的專利方法。[19]

2023年10月，美國國際貿易委員會裁定Apple Watch產品侵犯了醫療技術公司Masimo（英語：Masimo）擁有的專利。2023年12月18日起，蘋果開始停止在美國境內銷售Apple Watch Series 9和Ultra 2。[20]
