Plan S
Plan S是科學歐洲於2018年9月4日發起的一項開放存取的科學出版計劃[1] ，最初稱為cOAlition S[2]。由歐洲研究委員會和來自十二個歐洲國家的主要國家研究機構和資助者發起。該計劃要求2020年起，受益於國家資助的科學家和研究人員必須將所有研究成果發表在開放存取的知識庫或期刊上。[3]
