葛妮絲·凱特·派特洛（英語：Gwyneth Kate Paltrow，1972年9月28日—）美國演員、商人，曾獲第71屆（1998年）奧斯卡最佳女主角。2013年4月24日，葛妮絲·派特洛被美國《人物》雜誌評為2013年世界最美的女人。

葛妮絲·派特洛的母親有德裔賓夕法尼亞人血統[1]，父親是猶太人[2][3][4][5]。她的父母在影視界都是名人：已故的父親Bruce Paltrow是電視製片人和導演[6]，母親Blythe Danner是著名的演員[7]。派特洛在猶太教和基督教兩種宗教環境下成長[8]。她曾經在加利福尼亞大學聖塔芭芭拉分校修習人類學，後來放棄學業並投身影視事業。葛妮絲·派特洛有個弟弟名為Jake，同時也是另一個演員凱薩琳·莫寧的親戚。葛妮絲·派特洛的教父是史蒂芬·史匹柏[9][10]。

她第一部電影是1991年的《Shout》，同年在史匹柏導演的《虎克船長》中扮演角色。1995年她參與演出《火線追緝令》時，並與男主角布萊德·彼特約會。直到兩年後分手，兩人的關係一直是媒體報導的熱點。1996年她在《愛瑪》中的演出獲得了廣泛好評。
1998年，她在《莎翁情史》中的演技為她帶來了奧斯卡最佳女主角獎，在發表感言時異常激動泣不成聲。
2008年起，開始加入《鋼鐵人》與《復仇者聯盟》系列商業電影，演出角色小辣椒·波茲，讓更多年輕觀眾熟知。
2010年12月13日，第2427位大名被鑲在好萊塢星光大道（Hollywood Walk of Fame）上，對電影產業有所貢獻。

派特洛與酷玩樂團（Coldplay）的主唱克里斯·馬丁（Chris Martin）在2003年12月5日秘密結婚，於2004年5月14日生下女兒，艾波·布莉絲·愛莉森·馬丁（Apple Blythe Alison Martin），06年4月8日生下兒子，摩西·布魯斯·安東尼·馬丁（Moses Bruce Anthony Martin）。在此之前她曾與布萊德·彼特訂婚，在拍攝《莎翁情史》時也與班·艾佛列克約會過。
2014年3月25日，派特洛發布公開聲明，宣布與克里斯·馬丁分手。「我們最近一年相處得不愉快，分開會更適合。」終結十年婚姻[11]。在2015年4月21日以「無法化解的歧見」為由完成離婚手續，資產與監護權的分配受保密條約保護。2018年1月宣布和電視劇製作人Brad Falchuk結婚。
她創立生活品牌Goop。
