麦克弗森县 (南达科他州)
麦克弗森县（英语：McPherson County）是美国南达科他州北部的一个县，北邻北达科他州。面积2,983平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口2,904人。县治利奥拉 (Leola)。
成立于1873年1月8日，县政府成立于1884年3月6日。县名纪念在亚特兰大之役中战死的詹姆斯·B·麦克弗森[1]。
