三尖瓣
三尖瓣（tricuspid valve），又称右房室瓣（right atrioventricular valve），是在哺乳动物心脏的右后侧，在右心房和右心室之间的瓣膜。瓣膜的功能是在舒张期时允许血液从右心房流向右心室，并在右心室收缩（心收缩期）时关闭以防止血液从右心室回流（逆流）到右心房。

三尖瓣作为单向瓣膜，在心室收缩期间关闭，以防止血液从右心室回流到右心房。 它在心室舒张期间打开，允许血液从右心房流入右心室。 血液回流也称为回归或三尖瓣逆流。 三尖瓣逆流可导致心室前负荷增加，因为回流回心房的血液增加了在下一个心室舒张周期中必须泵回心室的血液量。 长时间内右心室前负荷增加可能会导致右心室扩大（扩张），[1] 如果不及时纠正，可能会发展为右心衰竭。[2]
