罗礼士的真相

“罗礼士的真相”（英语：Chuck Norris facts）是一系列关于美国演员与武术家查克·罗礼士的讽刺性趣闻成句，其后成为在流行文化中广泛流传的网路迷因。这些“真相”大多以夸饰手法强调罗礼士本人的韧性、自信、老练及男子气概，例如“罗礼士曾被眼镜王蛇咬伤过；在痛苦无比的十分钟过后，眼镜蛇见阎王去了”（Chuck Norris was once bitten by a king cobra; after ten excruciating minutes, the cobra died.）。

在全球各地流传后，罗礼士的真相在特定国家的广告和其他网路现象中出现大量翻译或本地化版本，某些“真相”暗指他在任何时候都会使用回旋踢（英语：Roundhouse kick）、无论是胡须还是胸毛都浓密无比，也影射其在电视剧《德州骑警（英语：Walker, Texas Ranger）》饰演的角色科德尔·沃克（Cordell Walker）。

幽默作家（英语：Humorist）伊恩·斯佩克特（Ian Spector）因其开设“罗礼士的真相生成器网站”而被尊为“罗礼士的真相”的始创者[1]。斯佩克特还写了多本关于“罗礼士的真相”的书籍，其中包括《罗礼士的真相：400个关于世界上最伟大之人的事实》（The Truth About Chuck Norris: 400 Facts About the World's Greatest Human，2007）及《罗礼士对T先生：400个关于史上最酷炫的家伙的事实》（Chuck Norris Vs. Mr. T: 400 Facts About the Baddest Dudes in the History of Ever，2008）[2][3]。

罗礼士的反应 编辑

查克·罗礼士在其官方网站上承认部分“罗礼士的真相”确实十分有趣，但因为自己不理解网路上的“蛮荒世界”，所以会尽量不跟其中任何一则成句较真，并希望这些“真相”能促使年青人查找其自传和小说《正义的骑士》（The Justice Riders）[4]。在CNBC接受迈克·艾斯纳访问时，罗礼士表示个人最喜欢的“罗礼士的真相”是“他们尝试将罗礼士的脸刻在拉什莫尔山上，但花岗岩的硬度难以承受他的胡子”（They tried to put Chuck Norris's face on Mount Rushmore, but the granite wasn't tough enough for his beard.）[5]。

2007年12月，罗礼士向美国企鹅出版集团发起诉讼，指控该公司企图通过旗下的哥谭书店（英语：Gotham Books）出版斯佩克特的著作《罗礼士的真相》，有侵犯商标、不当得利和隐私权的嫌疑[6]，但他很快便在2008年撤控[7]。隔年10月7日，廷代尔书屋（英语：Tyndale House Publishers）发行由罗礼士共同撰写并正式授权的《官方罗礼士的真相之书》（The Official Chuck Norris Fact Book）[8]。

在2006年3月20日，《时代》的杰夫·朱（Jeff Chu）采访查克·罗礼士，称他是“流行网路英雄”，也指“罗礼士的真相”是些奇怪但蔚为风潮的格言。最后朱在文章的最后引用了其中一个“罗礼士的真相”：“罗礼士能除以零”（Chuck Norris can divide by zero）[9]。

2011年，《魔兽世界》的一则广告以查克·罗礼士当主角，并在台词中加入多个“罗礼士的真相”，其中包括“罗礼士是个猎人，但他从不打猎，毕竟这词蕴含著失败的可能性”（Chuck Norris is a hunter, but Chuck Norris does not hunt, hunting would imply the possibility of failure.）[10]。在隔年的电影《敢死队2》的一个场景中，由查克·罗礼士饰演的角色布克（Booker）在交火过后拯救了巴尼·罗斯（Barney Ross，席维斯·史特龙饰）的团队。互相自我介绍后，罗斯询问：“我听过一个传言，你曾被眼镜王蛇咬过”（I heard another rumor. Gameloft在2008年发行了一部基于“罗礼士的真相”引起的“罗礼士祟拜”制作的手机游戏《查克·罗礼士：痛苦使者（英语：Chuck Norris: Bring On the Pain）》，玩家可在该款清版横向卷轴风格作品饰演罗礼士[12]，且甫发售后便获得大致良好的评价[13][14][15][16][17]。九年后，Flaregames制作了另一款游戏《停不了的查克·罗礼士》（Non Stop Chuck Norris），而这一款等距视角（英语：Isometric video game graphics）动作角色扮演手机游戏也受到相当的好评[18][19]。

“罗礼士的真相”在印度有一个遵循相同模式，并以考莱嵨演员拉吉尼坎塔为对象的类似版本[20][21]，其于该国互联网上以简讯和迷因的方式广泛流传[22]。它们部分为出自原创，但大多只是将罗礼士的名字改成拉吉尼坎塔而已[23]，然而，这些讽刺性成句仍为一些iOS和Android手机软体带来灵感[24][25][26][27]。智游网在2012年的宣传影片《查克对拉吉尼》（Chuck vs Rajini）中便开玩笑地让罗礼士和拉吉尼坎塔于其中对打[28]。2013年初，在时任印度国家板球队队长马亨德拉·辛格·多尼（英语：Mahendra Singh Dhoni）在个人Twitter帐号上发表了一些关于其队友拉文德拉·贾德贾（英语：Ravindra Jadeja）的“真相”后，“罗礼士的真相”的贾德贾版也在印度国内流行起来[29]。
