腺苷再摄取抑制剂

腺苷再摄取抑制剂(Adenosine reuptake inhibitor,缩写为AdoRI)是一类药物,它通过阻断一个或多个平衡核苷转运蛋白(ENTs)的作用,作为嘌呤核苷神经递质腺苷再摄取抑制剂[1][2][3]这继而导致腺苷的细胞外浓度增加,因此腺苷能神经传递增加。
