周澤榮

华裔澳大利亚商人、慈善家

周澤榮（1954年—[1]），澳大利亞華人，地產開發商僑鑫集團創辦人，廣東華興銀行董事長[2]，祖籍廣東省汕頭市[3]。

生平 編輯

周澤榮生於廣東省汕頭市[4]，1970年代移民香港，1980年代移居香港，1988年回廣東創業[5]，在1990年代創辦僑鑫集團，涉足房產地、金融、教育、醫療、保健及媒體產業[5]。

2001年，周澤榮與《羊城晚報》共同創辦《新快報》[6]，2004年在澳洲成立親中中文報紙《澳洲新快報》，由曾擔任新南威爾士州州長鮑勃·卡爾種族政策顧問的女兒Winky Chow打理[7]。卡爾曾主持《澳洲新快報》的發行儀式[6]。2019年9月23日，《澳洲新快報》及旗下兩份刊物停刊，轉型為新媒體[8]。

間諜疑雲 編輯

2013年，聯邦調查局指控澳洲籍華人嚴雪瑞用周澤榮提供的20萬澳元，行賄時任聯合國大會主席約翰·威廉·阿什，安排對方出席周澤榮在廣州從都國際莊園出席會議[9][10]。嚴雪瑞最終認罪，被判20年監禁[11]，周澤榮未被控罪[12]。另外，文件顯示周澤榮與中共統戰部關係密切[13]。

2016年，周澤榮向澳州聯邦法院起訴《每日電訊報》發行商Nationwide News Pty Ltd及其姊妹公司News Life Media Pty犯誹謗罪，指控該報2015年發布的文章造謠他賄賂了約翰·阿什。雙方最終達成和解，控方向辯方賠償6.5萬澳元，並在2016年12月23日刊登道歉聲明[14]。

2017年6月，澳大利亞廣播公司《四角方圓》節目與Fairfax Media進行聯合調查，發現周澤榮在澳洲安全情報組織一份文件中被列為「中共代理人」[15]。而在《澳洲人報》的後續報道中，周澤榮否認自己是中共代理人，表示自約翰·霍華德執政以來，歷屆都讓他幫忙提升澳洲在中國的利益，包括在2001年成功遊說中國政府與澳洲政府簽訂1500億美元的天然氣協議[16]。其後周澤榮向聯邦法院起訴澳大利亞廣播公司，2021年2月被判勝訴，獲得59萬美元賠償，同時廣播公司被禁止重新播出《四角方圓》節目的部分內容[17]。

2019年2月，周澤榮在新南威爾士州起訴《悉尼晨鋒報》發行商Fairfax Media（英語：Fairfax Media），指控該報2015年的一篇文章炒作阿什事件[18]。《悉尼晨鋒報》方面表示會上訴[19]，但案件於2020年3月被聯邦法院駁回[20]。周澤榮獲得28萬澳元賠償，將其中大部分款項捐贈給支持澳洲退伍軍人及其軍屬的慈善機構[21]。

2022年2月，澳州參議員金伯莉·基欽（英語：Kimberley Kitching）利用議會特權，向澳洲情報組織負責人提出周澤榮是中共代理人，協助中國干涉大選，安插親中政客[22]。
