安·班克羅夫特（Ann Bancroft，1955年9月29日—）是一位美國作家、教師、探險家和公眾演說家。她是第一位完成多次北極地區和南極地區探險的女性。她於1995年入選國家女性名人堂。[1]

班克羅夫特出生於明尼蘇達州門多塔高地（英語：Mendota Heights, Minnesota）[2]，在聖保羅長大。[3]她在五六年級時在肯尼亞度過了兩年。[2]她8歲時就開始帶領小夥伴探險，當時她說服堂兄弟們加入了她的後院探險隊。[2]班克羅夫特從小就患有失讀症，但她還是從高中畢業並被俄勒岡大學錄取，並於1981年獲得體育學位。[4][5]班克羅夫特還是位於明尼蘇達州伊利的基督教青年會維吉瓦甘營的工作人員。[6]她還在明尼蘇達州的聖保羅和明尼阿波利斯教授體育和特殊教育。[2]後來她成為明尼阿波利斯（克拉拉巴頓開放學校）和聖保羅的一名野外教練和體育老師。

1986年，班克羅夫特為了參加「威爾斯·蒂格（英語：Will Steger）國際北極探險」而放棄了她的體育和特殊教育教職。在使用狗拉雪橇56天後，她與其他五名隊員一起抵達了北極點。[9]這使班克羅夫特成為第一位步行和乘坐雪橇到達北極點的女性。

她也是第一個穿越兩極冰蓋到達北極點和南極點的女性。1992年至1993年，班克羅夫特率領四名女子滑雪探險隊前往南極；這支隊伍成為第一次穿越冰層到達南極的全女性探險隊。[10]

2001年，班克羅夫特和挪威探險家麗芙·阿內森（英語：Liv Arnesen）成為第一批滑雪穿越南極洲的女性。[11]
