拉彭蘭塔（芬蘭語：Lappeenranta，瑞典語：Villmanstrand），是芬蘭南卡累利阿區的城市及該區首府，位於芬蘭最大的湖泊塞馬湖南岸和俄羅斯邊界之間。該市人口數量為72921（2018年9月），在芬蘭市鎮排名第13。2018年時拉彭蘭塔的面積為1723.56平方公里，其中陸地面積為1433.47平方公里，其餘的290.09平方公里為水域面積。
