文字編輯 (應用程式)
文字編輯（英語：TextEdit）是一款簡易開源的文字處理器以及檔案編輯器，首次出現在NeXT、NEXTSTEP和OPENSTEP系統上。目前除了支援蘋果公司（Apple Inc.）開發的Mac OS X作業系統，另外以GNUstep的形式存在unix相容作業系統上，像是Linux。

文字編輯取代了早期麥金塔電腦上的SimpleText。文字編輯可讀取的檔案格式包括Rich Text Format、Rich Text Format Directory以及純文字檔案。
原始碼 編輯
文字編輯的原始碼作為macOS整合式開發環境（IDE）Xcode文件的一部分。 在互聯網上，可以在Apple的Mac開發人員庫中找到文字編輯的原始碼。[1]以下參照來自原始碼中包含的新的BSD相容許可證文字的特徵部分：
