奇鯛亞目
鱼类一亚目
奇鯛亞目（學名：Stephanoberycoidei）又名奇金眼鯛亞目，為輻鰭魚綱金眼鯛目的一個亞目。隨着研究發展，本類群的層級也在奇鯛目（Stephanoberyciformes）和奇鯛總科（Stephanoberycoidea）之間變動。

種系發生學 編輯
本亞目一向來就被認為是金眼鯛科的近緣類群之一，曾以大鱗鯛科（Melamphaidae）、奇鯛科、粗鱗鯛科及吉伯鯛科四科組成奇鯛目，列為金眼鯛目的姐妹群[1]。但後來發現奇鯛目是個並系群，大鱗鯛科比其它類群更接近金眼鯛科，而另一個近緣的鯨頭魚目也是個並系群，必須與本類群整合才能成為單系群。而原本列為金眼鯛目一部份的燧鯛亞目反而成為了關係最遠的外類群。[2][3]
於是，2017年《硬骨魚支序分類學》將金眼鯛亞類整合如下[2][3]：
